At Alisanda, we work to ensure every order reaches you quickly, safely and anywhere in the world. Below is our updated shipping policy covering processing times, delivery estimates, fees, tracking and more.

1. Processing Time

All orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, slight delays may occur and updates will be sent by email.
  • Orders received outside business hours are handled the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Delivery (if available): 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 14–21 business days depending on country and customs.

Please allow extra time for customs checks, weather disruptions or courier delays. Tracking will provide real-time progress updates.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight and the shipping option selected.

  • Some orders may qualify for free shipping promotions.
  • Express delivery may be available for an additional fee.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable after dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check your shipment status anytime on our
Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees not included in your payment to Alisanda.

  • Customs taxes, import duties and handling fees must be covered by the customer.
  • Shipments refused due to unpaid fees may be refunded minus shipping charges.
  • Alisanda is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While Alisanda cannot assume liability once a package is with the courier, we will support you through any delivery issue.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check with neighbors or your local postal office.
  • You may need to file a claim with the courier for missing or stolen items.
  • If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and notify us immediately.

7. Address Accuracy

Correct address details are essential. Alisanda is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Contact us promptly if you need to update your address before shipment.
  • Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify or reroute the address.

8. Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to delivery issues, refusal or incorrect address, the following applies:

  • Reshipment: We can resend your order after payment of additional postage.
  • Refund: Refunds are issued minus the original shipping cost.
